There is nothing wrong to built the statue of unity... as UAE has Burj khalifa or New York has Statue of Liberty.

India is at 100+ in world health ranking while UAE and US are under 50.

Apart of that,

Burj Khalifa is a commercial building which is used for commercial activities and it is neither a statue nor toilet for birds.

Statue of Liberty is not made by taxpayer’s money in America. It is a gift from France to America.

Indians are comparing Statue of Unity with mega structures of US and UAE. But they might have forgottern, we have mega structures in India since US or UAE were trying to prove their existence on world map.

It is the matter of time, now we have to focus on need not the desires.

A father prefers to pay education fees first indead of buying new bike. A mother prefers to buy food first for kids instead of spending on anything for herself.
